How we handle information from website visitors, business contacts, and clients.
This Privacy Policy explains how QB Pro Services USA LLC (“QB Pro Services LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit qbproservicesusallc.com, contact us, use website chat, or engage our custom software services. An Engagement Agreement or separate data-processing agreement may add project-specific terms.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Please do not submit sensitive production data, passwords, private keys, financial-account details, health information, or government identifiers through the public contact form or chat. If an engagement requires sensitive information, we will agree on an appropriate transfer and handling method.
We collect information directly from you or your organization, automatically from your browser and device, from service providers that support our website and communications, and from referral partners or public business sources when relevant to a legitimate business inquiry.
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; evaluate, scope, perform, secure, and support projects; communicate about services; manage contracts, billing, and records; operate and improve the website; prevent fraud and security incidents; enforce agreements; protect legal rights; comply with law; and complete a business transaction such as a merger or transfer.
We may send service-related messages. We send marketing messages only where permitted, and you may unsubscribe using the link in a message or by contacting us.
We may disclose personal information to vendors acting for us, such as website hosting, security, form delivery, email, chat and customer communications, cloud infrastructure, analytics or performance services, billing, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information to contractors assigned to an engagement under appropriate obligations; to a client organization that controls the engagement; to authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.
The live website currently makes third-party requests to Zendesk for chat and to Google for font delivery. Those providers may receive device, network, and cookie information according to their own policies. We do not authorize service providers to use contact-form or project information for their own advertising.
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions, security, preferences, chat, and performance. Zendesk chat may set a cookie so a conversation can continue. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect website or chat features.
Because there is no uniform industry standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the website does not currently change its behavior in response to those signals. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change so that an opt-out signal is legally required, we will honor recognized signals such as Global Privacy Control as required by applicable law.
Third-party services integrated into the website may collect information about activity over time or across websites under their own policies. The website does not serve third-party behavioral advertisements.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as “sharing” is defined by California law. We have not knowingly sold or shared personal information of consumers under 16. If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any required opt-out mechanism before the change applies.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Retention depends on the relationship, the nature and sensitivity of the information, project and support needs, security requirements, legal limitation periods, accounting and tax obligations, and dispute preservation. We delete, anonymize, or securely isolate information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup cycles and legal obligations.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information and the services. These may include access controls, encryption in transit, credential-management practices, backups, logging, software updates, and vendor review. No Internet transmission, system, or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, or to receive information about how it is used and disclosed. Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may also have rights to portability, to opt out of certain processing, to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, to appeal a decision, or to use an authorized agent.
Submit a request to support@qbproservicesusallc.com. Describe the request and the relationship or interaction that will help us locate the information. We may need to verify your identity or authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Some information may be exempt or retained when required for security, legal compliance, contracts, or other permitted purposes.

The website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We operate from the United States. If you access the website from another country, information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ. If local law gives you additional rights, you may submit a request using the contact method below.
The website may link to or integrate third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy. Review those notices before providing information directly to a third party.
