About

Software should fit the business—not force the business to fit it.

We provide professional support for accounting software users, including troubleshooting, error resolution, setup assistance, data-related issues, and ongoing technical support.

Company story

Why we work as one accountable team.

Most software disappointment does not come from bad engineering. It comes from fragmentation: a discovery deck from one firm, a design from another, a build offshore, and support from whoever is left. Context leaks out at every handoff, and the business ends up explaining its own workflow four times.

QB Pro Services LLC was set up to remove those seams. The people who map your workflow are connected to the people who design it, build it, deploy it, and maintain it. When something breaks a year later, you are not starting from zero with strangers.

Mission

To give growing U.S. companies custom software they fully own, shaped around how they actually operate, supported by the same team that built it.

What makes us different

Four commitments we will put in writing.

Operating principles

How we make decisions when it costs us something.

Understand the workflow first

No architecture before the process is mapped. If we cannot draw how work moves today, we are not ready to change it.

Smallest system that solves it

We would rather ship a focused application you fully use than a platform you partly adopt. Scope is a design decision, not a budget lever.

Say the inconvenient thing early

If a requirement will cause pain in month six, you hear it in week one — including when the honest answer is that you do not need custom software yet.

Automation where it changes an outcome

Automation and AI-assisted steps are used where they remove real manual effort or risk. Not to decorate a screen or a proposal.

Build for the next person

Readable code, documented decisions, and a deployment path someone else could pick up. Lock-in is not a retention strategy.

One thread of accountability

You talk to people who are responsible for the outcome, not to an account layer relaying messages to a team you never meet.

Working together

What the relationship actually looks like.

A written scope before development

Discovery produces a workflow map and a scope document with milestones and an estimate. You approve the shape before we start building.

Direct access to the people building it

You are in the same channel as the engineers and designers doing the work. Questions do not travel through a relay.

Working software throughout

Increments land in a staging environment you can use. Feedback happens against something real, not against a status update.

A support arrangement you agree to

Before launch we agree how the application will be maintained, who responds, and what continuous improvement looks like. No default assumption.

Expanded capability

Support that starts with the software you already use.

Alongside custom software development, QB Pro Services LLC provides professional support for accounting software users. We help diagnose errors, configure software, address data-related technical issues, and establish annual or long-term support plans.

QuickBooks-related troubleshooting is provided independently. QB Pro Services LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.

Where we can help

Software lifecycle capabilities

One partner across the whole life of the application.

You can enter at any stage. Companies come to us mid-build, mid-migration, or with a system nobody has touched in three years.

Discovery

Workflow mapping, constraints, and prioritization.

Planning

Scope, architecture direction, sequencing, estimate.

Design

Interface, data model, roles, and states.

Development

Frontend, backend, integrations, automation.

Launch

Cloud deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, handover.

Support

Maintenance, modernization, and enhancement.

Bring the process that is costing you time.

The first conversation is about your workflow, not our capabilities deck. If custom software is not the right answer, we will say so.
