Start with the problem. We’ll help define the system.

You do not need a specification, a budget range, or a decision. Describe the process that is costing you time and we will tell you what it would take to fix it — including when the honest answer is that you do not need custom software yet.

What happens on the first call

Preparation

What helps us scope faster.

None of this is required. Anything you already have simply shortens discovery.

The process, in your own words

Who is involved, what they do, and where it slows down. A rough sketch beats a formal document.

The systems already in play

CRM, ERP, accounting, spreadsheets, anything homegrown. Knowing what must be integrated changes the shape of the answer.

What you have already tried

Tools you evaluated, builds that stalled, quotes you shelved. Knowing what failed is genuinely useful.

Who needs to agree

Whether this is your call alone or needs finance, ops, and IT. It changes how we structure the proposal.

Any hard constraint

A compliance requirement, a contract renewal date, a platform you must stay on. Constraints shape architecture early.

Before you write

Setting expectations.

No. It is a technical conversation about your workflow. You will not be moved through a qualification script, and there is no obligation at the end of it.

No. Most people arrive with a problem, not a specification. Defining scope is part of what we do, and we would rather shape it with you than receive a document that has already locked in the wrong assumptions.

Someone who would be responsible for the work, not an account manager relaying questions. If we take the project on, you stay in contact with the people building it.

We will say so. Sometimes the right answer is configuring a tool you already pay for, or fixing a process before automating it. Recommending a build you do not need is a bad trade for both of us.

Yes, if you need one in place before discussing details. Mention it in your message and we will handle it before the call rather than during it.

Two people in a genuine discovery conversation across a table in a bright meeting room.

One call, no commitment.

The first conversation costs you thirty minutes and nothing else. There is no proposal attached to it, no follow-up sequence, and no pressure to decide on the call.

If we are a fit, the next step is a written scope you own. If we are not, you will still leave with a clearer view of the problem than when you arrived.
